Yesterday was my baby sisters baptism day. I still can't believe that she's old enough to be 8! It's so crazy! But I am so proud of her for choosing to be baptized and for receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. Last night I asked her, "So how did it feel when you were in the water?" and she responded, " it felt like an experience, like I felt really good." It's amazing how children, even at that young age, can experience the feelings of the Holy Ghost. Since she was getting baptized, we had all our grandparents come out to visit. We've enjoyed their company and I especially enjoyed my Grandpa's talk on Baptism that he gave at her baptism- he is such a neat guy and I look up to him a lot. But anyways, I'm so proud of my sissy and I hope that she continues to walk on the right path, using her new gift of the Holy Ghost, and that she continues to shine forth with the light of Christ. I love you Sophi!!

My baptism day invite picture- my mom didn't have as nice of a camera back then. But I am so grateful for the ordinance of baptism and the impact that it is had in my life. I'm grateful for the Holy Ghost and that he is always there for me-even when no one else is.
XOXO
