Pepe's

My mom is always looking for new food places to try. A couple days ago, while online, she came across a mexican restaurant that she had never heard of before. As it turns out, not very many people in our town know about this place, but those that do are in love with it. It's called Pepe's. Pepe's is a traveling mexican food restaurant that is just a trailer ( like the ones you see at festivals and fairs). They travel around our town to different places daily and you have to check their Facebook page to find out where they are that day. It's a pretty cool concept. Anyways, on Thursday night, my family went to Pepe's to see if it was as good as the people were making it out to be. Oh my gosh. It was delicious. One thing you should know about me is that I really don't like mexican food. Like at all. But this was like heaven. I got a carlitos burrito ( Carlitos= shredded pork) and mmmmmmm I want to go back SOON. If you live in CoMo and haven't tried it yet, I suggest looking them up on Facebook so you can go try it for yourself.
